Works with production team (Model and Texture Supervisors and Technical Directors) to determine the “look” for an asset.
Responsible for the creation of creatures/characters facial system.
In absence of Model Supervisor acts as defacto Supervisor, working with production on scheduling and asset assignments.
Attends all relevant meetings to promote effective communication throughout the production team
Responsible for building digital assets (characters and creatures) for feature films
Responsible for development of the creatures/characters facial system based on the FACS (Facial Action Code System)
Works with Textures painters and lookdev TD to establish the look of assigned characters/creatures

Responsible for building digital characters/creatures and their look development .
Responsible for modeling of facial blendshapes across the different characters.
Work with texture painters to establish look of creatures/characters.
Responsible for building digital assets (characters and creatures) for feature films
Built facial puppets with full range of expressions and emotions for creatures and characters, mostly through the use of blend shape based systems and proprietary tools interfacing with animation and rigging departments
Responsible for building hair and fur grooms for digital doubles, creatures and other assets using both standard Maya tools as well as proprietary Weta tools
Create UV layout of meshes, shotsculpting of finalized shots models using standard Maya deformers along with propriertary ones
Provide ideas and conceptual solutions for modeling assignments with limited or no conceptual artwork and/or art direction
Responsible for look development of assets
Responsible for shots lighting
Responsible for the 3D department
Involved in most aspects of CG production work including bidding, modeling, animation, lighting, final rendering primarily for television commercials and music videos
Attends all relevant meetings to promote effective communication throughout the production team
Responsible to create 2D and 3D elements for television show
